Valet Waste provides waste-pickup, junk-removal, and lawn-care service management for our customers and field staff. This policy describes what we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

Account information. For customers: name, email address, phone number, and service addresses. For employees: name, work email, and role.

Location. With permission, the app records an employee's device location at the moment they clock in or out of a job, to verify service. We do not track location in the background.

Photos. Employees take photos of completed work as proof of service. Customers can view photos taken at their own properties.

Payment information. Card details are collected and stored by Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store full card numbers — only the card brand and last four digits.

Notifications. If you allow notifications, we store a device token to send you service updates. You can revoke this in your device settings at any time.

How we use it

To schedule and verify service visits, send invoices and receipts, respond to service requests, notify you about your service, and pay our field staff. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Sharing

Data is shared only with the service providers that run the product: Supabase (database and storage), Stripe (payments), SendGrid (email), RingCentral (text messages), and Expo (app notifications). Each processes data on our behalf under their own privacy terms. Customers may generate a view-only share link that shows service visits and photos (never billing) to someone they choose, such as a homeowner.

Retention & deletion

We keep records while you have an active account or as required for tax and accounting. To request deletion of your account and personal data, email valetwastefl@allsynccrm.com and we'll process it within 30 days.

Children

The App is a business tool and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
